This questionnaire was, at their initiative, prepared by a mixed group of students and staff at PARTS. The final questionnaire was prepared in collaboration with professor in sociology Dirk Jacobs (Université libre de Bruxelles). Professor Jacobs (Group for Research on Ethnic Relations, Migration and Equality, Institut de Sociologie, ULB) manages the administration of the survey and will do the analysis on a voluntary basis. Professor Jacobs has no formal links with PARTS. He can be contacted at dirk.jacobs@ulb.be.
The goal of the survey is to have an idea of the percentage of students who perceive they are discriminated against on the basis of racial/ethnic identity, gender or sexual preference at PARTS. We also wish to know what is the percentage of students who perceive they have advantages or disadvantages on the basis of their cultural, socio-economic and religious background at PARTS.
The questions asked here are of a sensitive nature (and your responses will remain anonymous) and only have the goal of understanding to what extent there are issues (or not) linked to (lack of) inclusion at PARTS.
In order for this research to be useful, it is important that everyone who has been invited to participate, does so - even if participation is not obligatory. There are no good or bad answers. We are merely interested in understanding your profile, experiences and opinions. No one will be able to know what you answered and results will be only reported in an aggregated manner (so that no individual responses can be identified).
Thank you very much for your participation. It will probably only take 10 to 15 minutes of your time.
There are 50 questions in this survey.
